The official LEGO® description
2009 marked the 50th anniversary of one of New York’s best-known museums, the Solomon R. Guggenheim. Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, one of the greatest architects of the 20th century, the museum opened just six months after he passed away and has remained one of the city’s most iconic feats of construction. This intricately built LEGO model, co-developed and designed by architect Adam Reed Tucker, celebrates Frank Lloyd Wright’s innovative vision and organic architectural style.
Animated Build
Here is an animated build of this Lego® set, kindly hosted by youtube.com. The video is recorded in HD (720p) so for best results click the necessary buttons on the video toolbar to view it at that resolution (by default its only 360p) – also fullscreen would probably be best.
